You are receiving my weekly email today because Sunday is Halloween. I hope everyone has a Spooktacular weekend! Monday is the first day of November. This is a very busy month at school with Remembrance Day, Assessment & Evaluation Day, Reports Cards, Professional Development and Parent-Teacher taking place.

A big thank-you to members of our SAC for making popcorn for students today. They had a lot of fun on their scavenger hunt, making pumpkins with mandarins, playing bingo, and participating in other activities.

Parent Navigator: Parents and Guardians –  Do you need someone to talk to about…

As a Parent Navigator this is what we can offer students, parents and guardians:

To respond to questions about supports available for students, parents and guardians
To help parents and guardians find and access services available in education, justice, health, community services and more
To assist with registration for all families; including new comers to the province or Canada
To connect families to the Students Services Team, Specialists or special program team facilitators

Monday is the first day for Subway lunch. Wednesday is little Caesar’s hot lunch program.
Parent-Teacher Interviews – November 25, 2021 will be held virtually again this year. We will share more information about what this will look like in a few weeks. 
Clocks Fall Back 1 hour on Sunday, November 7.
